1.To all Apartment owners, and Public bookers; Access to and use of any information or booking services on this Q1goldcoast dedicated website for individual apartment owners is conditional on your acceptance of this websites conditions without modification. Read them carefully- print out and keep a copy of them for your future reference. If you do not wish to accept any part of them, you must not use our website.
2. In these
Conditions, “you” and “your” means any and all persons using
this website “We”, “us” and “our” means the following

“Member” means property Manager or Owner, or Tourism Operator, Tours,
Transport, Theme Park owner, who may be the Member or the lawful agent.
2. This is a programmed booking engine as a "Relay Centre" for Apartment
owners to provide you with a large variety of Q1 individually owned Apartments,
.and Tourism Theme Park tickets, and tourism allied industry memberships and
products, so that you can interact with our Members and book and pay online
safely and securely.
3. goldcoastregion.com aussietourism.net and Holiday Accommodation Cooperative
Ltd q1goldcoast.com or associated wesite directories accept no responsibility
for the accuracy of the property details, whether it be the description, the
prices,the product, the terms or the availability which is maintained by the
Member or unit owner using the software that we provide for them. OR we may
have a perminent head lease with the property to sublet such property only.
Material and photos published for Apartment Owners are the property of the publishers,
and can be maintained or removed at the publishers discretion.
4. We do initially check the details of every property and or product upload for any obvious mistakes when they are first published, you must be aware that we do not inspect the properties or interview the Member for Registered company Aussie Tourism Holidays.
5. Please
be aware that changes can be made to the property listing by any Member Apartment
owner at any time after the initial check-in with or without our knowledge.
6. . We only allow Accredited Unit Owner Members to join us if we are satisfied that they
are capable of supplying the product they claim to sell.
7. We also
encourage them to use our data base system booking engine for any other bookings
or product that they may get from other sources. This has the great advantage
of giving you far more information about the property and Member than you would
otherwise have as there are more bookings involved (not just the ones we get),
and each booking customer receives an invitation to review the property.When
you make an application for availability, and your application receives a "No
Availability reply" your details roll over into our sandbox where other
accommodation Provider Members may send you quotes to use their unique Apartment
. Admin Booking fees taken are non refundable, but can be transferred to other
units on other times.
8. . When you make a booking using our wholesale booking engine you are booking
direct with the Member and your booking is subject to the terms and conditions
of the members policy and deposit requirments, and at high season times, they
may not refund your payment if you cancell your accommodation booking, and there
will be no refunds for early departures.
9. This is typically the case when you book a holiday home from a magazine, newspaper or website advertisement direct with the owner or agent. Where we (Aussie Tourism Holidays) accept any deposit and or booking administration fee, this fee payment is a Non refundable membership fee, but may be transferred to another venue if some double booking or other problem occurs that is not by your fault and is provided at Aussie Tourism Holiday's services discretion..
10. However
we do provide you with greater information than most because we offer you our
Index and Customer Star Rating reviews that are entirely independent opinions
from past customers. - Also our Sand box allows other
venues to offer you their product.
11. . Our liability to you extends solely to the correct functioning of the programmed
booking and payment software, although the underlying pricing, discounting and
all other variable inputs to do with payment terms are controlled by the Member
and are therefore the Members responsibility.
12. All accommodation bookings are also subject to the Members Booking Conditions.
These will be shown when you make a price quote or a booking request and are
always available from your Area once you are registered with us. Other than
the non refundable Admin booking fee - You your payment goes direct to them
according to their unique terms and conditions, You receive this website's services
at no extra costs over the providers rates and the admin fee is deducted from
the total amount quoted .When we accept any Admin fee, a receipt email is returned
to you and a copy with your requirments to the member so both parties understand
their respective legal contractual responsibilities.
13. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer on our part. The items, services
and matters detailed constitute an invitation for you to make an order to the
Members of the Accommodation Buildings on the stated terms to purchase the accommodation
we feature for them. The Members may accept or decline any such offer or order.
All accommodation featured or referred to is at all times prior to specific
confirmation subject to availability and no warranties, promises or representations
are given as to availability.
14. As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to us that you will
not use it or any material or information on it for any purpose that is unlawful
or prohibited by these Conditions. You warrant that you are at least 18 years
old and have the legal authority to use this website in accordance with these
Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all charges, fees and
other amounts of whatever nature which arise out of your use of this website's
services and or products.
15. This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. No part of this
website may be reproduced in any form without our prior consent, other than
temporarily in the course of using our service or to keep a record of a transaction
entered into using our service. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit,
display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer,
sell or in any other way use any material, information, products or services
contained or featured on this website. The copyright in the material contained

kind, express or implied, are given as to the compliance of the information
shown on this website, the services offered by or on behalf of us, any information
relating to such services and/or our business in any respect with any laws of
any other country. Such laws do not, in any event, affect or apply to the same.
17. Access to this website is conditional on your agreement that all information
contained in it and all matters which arise between you and us will be governed
by Queensland law. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any
dispute or matter which arises between you and us will be dealt with by the
Courts of Queensland Australia only to the exclusion of the Courts of any other
country.

are given as to the accuracy or completeness of any of the material or information
contained on this website or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise
of any services or accommodation offered by us on behalf of any Member(s). We
shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature
whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly
or indirectly, in connection with this website including, for the avoidance
of doubt and not by way of limitation, any use of any information or material
contained in this website or any inability to access or use (or delay in doing

for our or the Member’s failure to do so. You must ensure you check all
details of the chosen accommodation any other services (including rates) with
the Member by email , phone or other approved means at the time of booking.
